One of the founding Partners of Regency Law Group, Gregory drives a diverse practice that is centered around real estate and litigation.

Gregory leads the firm’s real estate group, representing clients on residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions. He also acts for institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers on an extensive range of secured lending and mortgage transactions. The success of our real estate group is underpinned by Gregory’s commitment to ensuring clients receive exclusive attention and service while delivering excellent results.

Gregory’s litigation practice includes a wide range of civil and commercial matters. His experience includes advising large and mid-sized insurance companies regarding property damage and fraudulent insurance claims, real estate disputes, mortgage enforcement actions, employment disputes, and cases related to negligence and occupiers’ liability.

Always inventive and progressive in his approach to practice, Gregory implements solution focused thinking to achieve the goals of his clients, both in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.
