Serena Anziano is an associate at Regency Law Group, where she maintains a practice in real estate law, with additional focus on corporate law and wills and estates.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Serena is proud to continue her legal career serving the community she has long called home. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University before completing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.

Serena completed her articles with Regency Law Group before joining the firm as an associate. She is committed to providing practical, responsive and client-focused legal services. Recognizing that legal matters often coincide with significant life milestones – whether purchasing a home, starting a business, or planning for the future – she strives to make the legal process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
