John is an Associate Lawyer at Regency Law Group. He focuses his practice on general litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of experience include commercial litigation, personal injury law, sexual assault litigation, insurance law, automobile and commercial liability, and coverage issues. He has appeared before various courts, boards and tribunals, throughout Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Originally hailing from Labrador, John completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Thereafter, he completed his legal studies at the University of New Brunswick. He is admitted to both the bars of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Beyond his legal practice, John has a keen interest in trivia, having previously appeared on Jeopardy! In 2023. He is an improvisational theatre graduate and keen amateur musician. When not spending time with his wife and young son, John can be found keeping them awake while honing his skills behind the drums.
