Hamilton is a symbol of our identity, and we believe we have a responsibility to do our part to help make it a better place. That is why our lawyers, clerks, staff and administration work with a variety of local organizations, assuming leadership roles on boards, committees and advisory groups, as well as participating in events and supporting philanthropic initiatives.
Regency Law Group has a proud history of leadership with many organizations throughout the city, supporting and shaping Hamilton across industries. In the legal community, our firm maintains a strong commitment to anchor organizations, with lawyers serving on boards and committees of the Hamilton Health Sciences, Ontario Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, Hamilton Lawyers Club, and Hillfield Strathallan College.
Our involvement in these organizations strengthens our local community and the legal profession. We share our firm’s values and grow alongside our colleagues and the people we serve. We believe that community involvement is more than just the right thing to do. It also fuels our passion and brings our culture of responsibility to our City, and the people we share our community with.
Through integrated mentorship programs and education placements, Regency Law Group is committed to helping cultivate the next generation of lawyers. With our guidance, students from Hillfield Strathallan College, Mohawk College, and beyond learn the value of advocating for your community.
The people we represent are more than just clients—they’re part of a wider community that we seek to support. That’s why we support initiatives like the Hamilton Food Bank, to help those in our community who are most vulnerable.
The health of a community is a complex web of programs designed for people of all walks of life. Regency Law Group supports a variety of Hamilton health initiatives like Wellwood and Hamilton Health Sciences to help everyone in our community live a longer, healthier life.
Hamilton is located on the treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, formerly the ancestral lands of the Six Nations, Huran-Wendat, and Haudenosaunee peoples. Regency Law Group is proud to sponsor many events by the local Indigenous groups, supporting and engaging in the rich diversity of Hamilton’s heritage. Additionally, the Firm’s art collection proudly includes monumental pieces from indigenous artists from the Ojibaway peoples of Manitoulin island, as well as a number of other talented artists from across turtle island.
Hamilton is known for its rich local arts scene. We are proud patrons of many of the dynamic theatres, galleries, and festivals that shape our local culture, including the Art Gallery of Hamilton, Theatre Aquarius, Hamilton Arts Council, and the annual Supercrawl festival.
