Angus Gordon was born and raised in Hamilton and has been practicing law in the region since his call to the bar in 2005. He joined Regency Law Group in 2018 and focuses his practice on three primary areas: Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate and Wills & Succession Planning.

In his Corporate and Commercial law practice, Angus assists and advises on incorporations, partnerships, shareholder agreements as well as corporate re-organizations, contract drafting and review, corporate financing, and secured lending. He is well-versed in mergers and acquisitions and regularly acts for purchasers, vendors, and other stakeholders in share/asset purchase and sale transactions.

Angus frequently works with the firm’s real estate group, where he supports residential home buyers with their purchases, sales, and refinances. He also acts for builders and land owners on commercial purchases, sales and refinancing, commercial leasing as well as land development and land assembly. His expertise stretches even further—he constructs wills and succession plans, and advises the firm’s clients on matters involving complex estates, trusts, and aids in all aspects of estate administration and business succession matters.
